ANGIE WAS ADOPTED DECEMBER 23, 2000
Angie is just an incredibly sweet little girl.  Although she appears to be a mixture of many breeds, we do see a hint of "Spuds Mackenzie" bull terrier (see picture below - this is not the same as a pit bull terrier!)  in her and some border collie markings.  At just a little over 1 year old she weighs 29.5 pounds.  She was found as a stray back in May 2000 and had been lingering at the shelter ever since.  The shelter had obviously become "home" to her because she was very frightened the day we pulled her out and put her in a foster home.  But as stressful as the transition was for her, she remained so friendly and would quietly seek attention from anyone who came near her.  And talk about being the star patient at the veterinarian's office - she remained completely motionless for all of her shots and blood drawing.  That rarely happens with any dog!  Angie gets along fine with other dogs and she seems to do well with cats also.
