Callie and Amelia:
Corina and Amelia:

AMELIA WAS ADOPTED JULY 12, 2000!
CONGRATULATIONS TO AMELIA AND HER NEW FAMILY!

Amelia's Mom Reports...
The girls are doing well.  It was a little rough at first but Callie is beginning to come around.  We had a little bit of a standoff yesterday between Callie and Amelia.  It seems that Callie was smacking Amelia around a bit with her paw and hissing at her an awful lot and then pouncing on her but I guess Amelia had enough becuase her hair stood straight up and she really gave one to Callie.  Of course I was standing there in case it got a little out of hand but I wanted them to settle it so they would get along. My husband found them cuddled up together in one bed (they have 2) this morning so I guess this means that Callie has accepted it.

Again this morning there was Callie in the doll stroller and of course she made it really clear to Amelia that this territory was hers and she wasn't giving it up.  Little did Callie know that Amelia just looked at her like she was nuts and walked away.  If they could only really speak!

Well I just wanted you to know that everything is okay and they are doing fine.  I took them both  to Petsmart to have their nails trimmed back. I was surprised they were really good about it.  And the women there who do it are really gentle.  I also got them both ID tags.  With all the work going on in the house it made me feel better to know that they both had tags with their names on it and phone numbers.

ADOPTED!
You can read my whole story on my mom's page.
Wasn't I just the luckiest kitten on earth!  When the family came to pick up Callie, a kitten they were adopting from another litter in my foster home, they just fell in love with me and decided they wanted to adopt me too!  So I am staying in the foster home with my mommy until I am old enough to go live with Callie and her family.  (The second picture on the left is of me and Callie right before she was adopted.)  See ya soon Callie!
Here I am with Bandit and below with Elliot.
Me and my mom, Abigail, one week before my adoption.
